In addition to the production machines and the electroplating area, we can also offer other surface treatments or metalworking services to process or repair the cylinder surface.

We have various possibilities to optimize or manipulate the cylinder surfaces according to their use and later application.

Surface treatments for roller repair:

• Smoothing
• Roughening
• brushing
• sandblasting

In addition to the usual electroplating processes, repairs to the journals or the shell surface, cleaning, welding work or sealing can be carried out in-house after consultation with our technicians, or we have the option of calling in long-standing specialists as cooperation partners. De-chroming and re-chroming is a standard service for us.
